Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, firm name, and role.
Deal and Investor Data: We store deal information, investor profiles, and relationship data that you enter or import into the platform. This data is owned by your organization and is never shared with other customers.
LinkedIn Integration: With your explicit authorization, we access your LinkedIn profile name, profile photo, email address, and public connection information via LinkedIn's OpenID Connect API. We do not access private messages or post on your behalf.
Usage Data: We collect logs, feature usage patterns, and error reports to improve the service. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.
Billing Information: Payment details are processed by our payment processor. We do not store raw card numbers.

Our matching engine uses Anthropic's Claude AI. Deal descriptions and investor summaries may be sent to Anthropic's API for processing. We retain your data for as long as your account is active, plus a 90-day grace period after cancellation. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us. Public-source investor data (EDGAR, FINRA) is retained indefinitely as part of our dataset.
We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access controls restrict data to authorized personnel. We conduct periodic security reviews. No system is perfectly secure — please use strong passwords and notify us immediately of suspected unauthorized access.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
Autodesk is intended for professional use by adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
